I’m Nick – a computer science graduate with a passion for both technology and people. My professional journey began in iOS development and product ownership, where I worked on app architecture, distribution, and UX standards. Over time, my focus expanded toward mentoring and training young developers, eventually leading me into strategic HR work.

Today, I serve as HR Manager at HUP GmbH, where I combine a digital mindset with strategic foresight. I design scalable structures – from transparent career paths to digitalized HR processes – and support a culture of ownership, learning, and innovation. With a background in development, UX, and agile collaboration, I bring a tech-savvy, people-centered approach to HR.

Outside of work, I stay close to my roots in tech: I explore new tools, develop apps, and stay curious about emerging technologies. For me, leadership means enabling others – and HR is one of the most powerful levers to do just that.
